Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected situations arise, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that I can accommodate all clients effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice:
Clients must provide at least [X hours/days] notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to others who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than [X hours/days] notice may be subject to a [fee amount or percentage]. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee unless there is an emergency or extenuating circumstance.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me via [preferred contact method: phone, email, online portal, etc.] as soon as possible. If I do not receive prior notice, the missed session may be considered a no-show.
Emergency Exceptions:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend your session due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds & Rescheduling Policy:
Prepaid sessions [are/are not] refundable if canceled within the allowed cancellation window. If applicable, clients may reschedule their session within [X days/weeks] without incurring additional fees.
